SCHEDULE:  Monday - Friday with varying hours. Mainly 2:00 pm 10:00 pm

Must be willing to work evenings, nights and/or weekends.       

 

JOB SUMMARY:

 

The Job Coach is responsible for the scheduling, training, performance and transportation of the Janitorial or other Business Crew personnel to ensure the best possible cleaning services to contracted customers. Provide coaching and support to ensure safe and efficient cleaning to assigned contracts.

 

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Responsible for the scheduling, training, performance and transportation of the Janitorial or other Business Crew personnel to ensure the best possible cleaning services to contracted customers.
  • Provide coaching and support to ensure safe and efficient cleaning to assigned contracts.
  • Complete all required reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Attend meetings and trainings as required.
  • Ensure vehicles and equipment is maintained in safe and clean conditions. Notify immediately Transportation and Supported Employment managers of any maintenance, safety or other needs for all vehicles.
  • Maintain regular communication with supervisor, return calls and emails in a timely manner, and notify supervisor immediately of significant events.

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

                                               

  • High School Diploma required, Associates Degree in Human Services or closely related field preferred.
  • One year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities required.
  • Certification in First Aid, CPR, and Positive Approaches within orientation period.
  • Valid NYS driver's license and driving record acceptable to the agency's insurance carrier.
